Transitioning Quality Processes to Agile Methods
Agile methodologies are quickly becoming widely adopted in the world of application development. This session will focus on quality issues within the agile environment, specifically on how traditional quality processes are adapted to agile methods. While testing is a large part of a quality program, this session will provide information on much more than just testing. Janet will also talk about introducing change since it can determine the success of any project or cultural change.
